After 10 years in the personal and group fitness industry in Boutique Studios as a trainer and General Manager, I have seen and experienced a lot. I want to take my years of learning and expertise to help enhance your teams performance and in turn grow your clientele and retain current members. Members should feel a sense of belonging from the moment they sign up for their first class, onward, but far too often opportunities are missed because the first impression is not knocked out of the park. When your systems are in place, and your team knows how to properly execute the system, sales will naturally follow! Let me help you lock these down!
Whether you are a brand new studio or already established and looking to refine current trainers skills, enhance coaching technique, improve gym etiquette, or if you are a new studio owner and looking for some insight on how to take care of your staff to ensure sure they are here to stay and you are able to help them learn, grow, and develop into the best trainers and leaders they can be.
I am here to help with auditioning or interviewing new trainers, helping current coaches enhance their skills to give the best group class possible, help managers and leadership create an amazing member and work experience. Trainings can be done with the whole team or individuals as needed. I will take your team through a series of activities, role playing, and conversations to help them learn to trust each other, how to connect with clients on a deeper level, and build rapport that will keep clients coming back for more and build the best group of leaders in your studio.
Your talent/team is the most valuable part of the whole fitness experience, they grow the community and at some point clients stop coming for the workout and come to see their friends and trainers, and if your team gives their best and they get along with each other you will have nothing but success, and clients will want to tell their friends about you which then grows your business. When your staff is happy and taken care of, your clients will also feel happy and taken care of, and you'll be unstoppable.
Step 1: Schedule Zoom call to discuss your goals and what you need help with
Step 2: I will be a "secret shopper" for 3 days to get a feel for a class and studio atmosphere
Step 3: We will schedule a few days (up to 12 hours) to meet with staff to go over my "member experience" and then I will build the " plan of attack" on our training and team building.
Step 4: You will have access to me via text for future assistance, tips, tricks, etc.
